The Total Body Boot Camp was designed for people who want to take their exercise and food knowledge to another level. Peak performance in any sport or activity can be attained with strategic exercise regimes, practices, and strict dietary guidelines. Through years of experience, Clark and Kara have mastered the world of fitness and nutrition and will design programs that work for you!
Clark, has an extensive background in sports and fitness. As an athlete at Loras College, he played both track and basketball and set personal and school records for his performances. Later he played Professional Arena football for the Green Bay Blizzard and decided that he wanted to work with individual clients and create structured workout formats for them to capture their personal best.
Kara, has been teaching boot camps, dance technique classes, and other core classes for years. At Illinois State University, she was co-captain of the Redline Express Dance Team and later became a cheerleader for the San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush. Over the years, she worked with a number of teams to ensure they were ready to perform to the highest level of excellence. When she came back, she taught at one of the most well-known and upscale gyms in Chicago. _______________________________________________________________________________________________
